red in the face

Last day of work!!!

Tonight after work I'm jetting off on a train to the HOT BORING city of Sacramento. WOOO, can you feel my excitement?!

Well it was my little brother (but at 6' 5" he's not really little anymore, is he?) Anthony's 24th Birthday on Wednesday. So I'm going to see him. I often wonder what he's thinking and how he's doing. He has a beautiful baby girl, Mackenna who is just the cutest thing and a new baby on the way this Christmas. Maybe actually this time we will talk. Everytime I come down to see my family we never, ever talk. We've never had much in common except on vacations as children. We knew we had to band together to get what we wanted so we got along on those few rare instances. Most of the time though we were violent to each other. I ripped his tendon and muscle off his neck once and he's done various amounts of damage to me. We are polar opposites. He was always outgoing and I was always shy... the differences are too numerous to go into, but now that we are adults I would like to have a relationship with him and to be able to talk to him. But something happened to him, and he's so closed off to everyone. He just isn't the Anthony I grew up with or knew or anything. It's scary. I honestly think he's really scared and depressed and never thought life was going to turn out the way it has.

Saturday night I'll be back in SF for ID. Not to be too girly or anything but I have no idea of what to wear. Sunday is my laundry day and packing day and Monday morning I'll be taking Bart to the Airport unless some kind soul would like to give me a ride. Not that I expect anyone to be so kind or to have a car or to have the time. So yes, I'll be taking BART. Not that it's a big deal when I get off the plane I'll be taking the subway to my hotel anyhow. It's all the same, wherever you go.

I completely lost my train of thought, which means I should probably get back to work.

Sounds like life stinks a little. Good luck and happy bonding.
