Just getting to work can be trying sometimes.
It took me twenty minutes to find parking and I had to park 4 blocks away which doesn't sound that far but it is when you're already 10 minutes late for work and the walk is going to be another 10 minutes! Thankfully the boss lady wasn't in yet. It sounds crazy but it takes me a half hour to go 4.25 miles to work. It just doesn't seem right. I honked my horn three times today too! First, someone that didn't know how the tricky Market/Guerrero intersection works nearly had me plowing into them. Second, some asshole government worker decided that he didn't want to stop at all at a 4-way stop and the last one was this guy in front of me that wanted to sit there and argue with some homeless man that flipped him off. Driving to work can sometimes be the most stressful part of my day.

I still can't believe that I forgot my lunch at home and by lunch I mean the food I bring to work that I consume between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. :( I am starving! I haven't had anything to eat since yesterday around 3pm! I'm definitely going home for lunch. I think it's funny that I have more energy now that I've reduced my caloric intake down to a reasonable level than before when I consumed so much. Less time spent on digestion and more time spent on using the nutrience I've consumed as fuel I guess. Who knows. I feel good though. But I don't want to starve myself and I have no real rules except that I'm trying to think about what I am putting in my mouth and not just shoveling in crap because I'm bored or because it's there, which are my two dirty habits when it comes to food. And now that I have more energy I actually feel like working out and going to the gym...
