I have been a registered voter since I was 18. That is 9 years of voting. 2 presidential elections! I've only missed voting for 2 elections and they were just local city/state elections and it was because I was still registered to vote at my parents address 100 miles away. So this year making sure I wasn't going to miss the big one, I re-registered in San Francisco. I registered on October 2nd and have YET to recieve my voter registration card in the mail. I need to call someone and find out what the fucking deal is. I better be allowed to vote. Even if I have to go all the way home to Sacramento to do so, I will. As it is I have to take time off of work to vote and that's cool, because I still get paid for it.

But what the fuck? Why don't I have my voter registration card. It is a bit unnerving, unsettling and shady as fuck.
