So who killed Mr. Moonlight?

woo hoo motherfucker!

I am not as tired as I should be for someone who only got four hours of sleep last night and woke up sick. Last night I went to Shutter with Leslie and we had a damned good time. I kept thinking that I was just really parched and had a dry throat, but it turns out I was just starting to experience the joys of whatever illness I've contracted. I woke up today with red, swollen tonsils. My throat just feels super nasty. I hope it's not strep throat however, if it was I could take a day off work or something??? It's probably nothing that bad. Luckily I made a doctors appointment last week for tomorrow! So I can get that checked out while I'm there. Which reminds me I need to make a dentist appointment.

Speaking of last night though, finding a parking spot was like pulling teeth! I drove around for fifty minutes, yeah that's just shy of an hour, looking for a parking place that didn't have a 6:00 am street cleaning for Wednesday morning. Had I parked in one of those spots I would have less than three hours of sleep and that wasn't about to happen. So I drove and got mad and was tired and finally a spot had opened up for me, but not too close to home as it was still about three blocks away.

This morning I bought my Bauhaus tickets! I love pre-sales. Too bad ticketmaster put a 8.85 surchard on each ticket and in addition to that tacked on a $4.35 ticket handling fee, even though I opted to pay the $2.25 for e-tickets. The kind of ticket you print yourself thus eliminating the handling of any tickets and therefore should eliminate the $4.35 fee but doesn't. I'm trying not to whine too mcuh since there is nothing I can do about it. Who the fuck cares. I'm going to see Bauhaus for the second time this year bitches!!!

That little outburst just zapped the last of my energy. I'm tired, I'm sick, and I feel like death. I think today is going to consist of lots of dicking around on the internerd and stealing little naps when no one is looking. Once I slept for about thirty minutes at my desk before so much as a phone call came through to interupt my stolen slumbers. Maybe today I'll be so lucky.
