isn't it so strange how we start to censor ourselves for fear of what our friends and loved ones will think? nevermind the professional life we're expected to cultivate within society. i think that it must be the biggest risk to put our talents and creativity out there for the world- friends and strangers alike- to see. sometimes, i almost think it must be somewhat akin to the celebrity syndrome. some of the actors and artists out there really polarize people- they are either loved or hated- and despite there being an element of marketing involved for image, etc., these people are judged publically. do you ever get that feeling that you are on the brink of breaking out, and the only thing holding you back is yourself?
I'm my own worst enemy.
